What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier and in case of problems draw up a damage protocol that you have him signed. Send us this document as well as a photo of the damage by e-mail, stating your order number. If possible, we will send a new copy to you within 10 working days. (Please note, a delivery time of 20-22 working days applies for glass).


Will the text "Adobe Stock" also be printed?

No, a thread mark will never be printed. This only shows that the photos are protected with copyright.

What is the delivery time?

It can go from 1 till 22 working days, depending on the chosen product. Consult our delivery times per product here.


Can I use my own photo as well?

How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept payments by Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay and bank wire.


Will I be kept informed about the order status?

In your account you can easily check the status of your order. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation mail with an expected delivery date.

  • Payment accepted/preparation for production: We have received your order.
  • Awaiting bank wire payment: We are waiting for your order to be paid by bank wire.
  • Payment accepted: We have received your payment.
  • In production: Your order is being processed.
  • Your order has been shipped: Your package has been handed over to the courier. You will receive a shipping confrimation with a tracking number to follow up on the delivery of your pacakge.

I did not receive an order cofirmation.

Is is possible that the confirmation mail accidently got into your spam. If you cannot find it, you can contact us by mail or phone.

Do you also offer express delivery?

No, unfortunatly we can not offer express delivery. 


What are the shipping costs?

For delivery within mainland UK, you will be charged £9,33 shipping costs. For orders above £95, shipping costs are free. You want to have your order delivered elsewhere? Mail us for more information.


Do I have to pay import duties?

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.

For orders below £135, VAT is charged at checkout. For orders above £135, VAT will not be charged at checkout, but by the courier at customs, for which you'll receive a separate invoice. Note that the courier might charge an additional administrative fee.

For orders that need shipping to a destination outside of the European Union, import charges might apply as well.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow up the delivery of your parcel.

What if I don't like the product?

Because we only produce custom made products, it is not possible to return the purchase. Therefore think carefully about the purchase you are going to make.


The delivered product does not correspond (completely) with my order. What now?

Please let us know by mail or phone. We will do anything in our power to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I cut a picture, mirror it or change the colors?

You can edit your chosen picture until it is completely satisfactory . You can turn it, mirror it or change the colors to black and white. The alterations will only be saved once you have put the product into your shopping cart. So have fun with our editing tool!


Do the colors of my print match those on my computer screen?

The color reproduction depends on your specific screen settings. As a result, the delivered product may differ slightly from the photo shown.   When printing, we use the original ICC profile of the image, so we print exactly as specified by the photographer.  Complaints about such deviations will therefore not be accepted.


Is the photo still of good quality when it is enlarged?

All photos on our website are suitable for large format printing. These photos are taken by professionals and undergo extensive quality control at Adobe. That is why you can assume that the quality is certainly good. In addition, our employees always do a second check before printing. Please note, if the photo contains blurry elements (such as backgrounds or photos that are deliberately focused on one element), these will also remain blurry after printing.

If you still have doubts, you can request a proof when placing your order. When choosing the shipping method, you can enter a comment in the field provided. If you want to choose a different photo after receiving the sample file, you can send it to us by email and we will make the necessary adjustments.


Will the text "Adobe Stock" also be printed?

The example printout has a # with an 8 digit number in the bottom right corner, will this be printed on the plexiglass?

No, the photo reference will not be printed.

What can I expect?

Our wall paper will be printed with a UV resistant ink to retain its vibrant colors for a long time. You can choose non-woven wall paper or washable non-woven wall paper . Every type complies with the predetermined safety standards. You can add an extra laminate layer to protect the ink, making it washable with a slightly moist and soft microfiber cloth.


How do I need to measure?

You need to measure the width and the height of the wall you want to wallpaper. After measuring, we recommend adding 5-10cm extra to the measured size. A wall is never 100% straight and this way you'll avoid shortage.


Does my wall needs to be flat?

Yes, the wall you wish to wallpaper must be flat. You need to get rid of any unevenness or holes. If you don't, they will be permanently visible after wallpapering. Click here to consult our wallpaper instructions.


Do I first remove old wall paper?

To prevent damage, we indeed recommend removing old wallpaper first. Old wallpaper can come off and take the new wallpaper with it. Even if your wall has been treated with structured renovation wallpaper, it's best to remove this before getting started.


Which type of glue is suited for wall paper?

Use the glue that is suited for non-woven wall paper, such as "perfax roll-on magic" which we offer in our webshop. You can add this easily when you are making the order.

What can I expect of self-adhesive wallpaper?

Our self-adhesive photo wallpaper is printed with environmentally friendly and UV-resistant ink, so that the matte colors remain beautiful and vibrant for a very long time. Thanks to the self-adhesive layer on the back, you don't need glue to apply it.


Can I order any size?

The width of one stroke of the self-adhesive photo wallpaper is a maximum of 130 cm. If you wish to order a wider format, your photo will automatically be divided into several strokes of the same width.
