One comment: The note about import duty owed now the UK isnt in the EU needs to be more visible and in your face on the website and certainly before you get to the payment or shipping page. I searched for it for about 10 minutes. It is in very small print buried in a third or fourth paragraph.

Ive ordered twice from Nikkel Art.
First order I received my item within the specified time frame and the Aluminium print was fantastic.
The second purchase was a total disaster!! Delivery time was late and when it did arrive it was the wrong order. I informed Nikkel and was told that they couldnt deliver my product in time for the Birthday present I had ordered for. I asked for a full refund and after TWO WEEKS and several emails of complaint Im still waiting for my money back.
DONT ORDER FROM NIKKEL ART!!

Ordered my wall road mural on a Sunday evening. Product manufacture was completed and dispatch on the following Wednesday as stated. Picture arrived via FedEx the following Tuesday. Excellent quality and the picture dimensions fitted my wall exactly. Brilliant thank you!

Thankyou so much Nikkel Art for our wonderful garden poster, all of the items we have had from you have been brilliant quality and just what we wanted, the only disappointing thing this time is that we had to pay extra import tax before we were allowed to receive our item.

I now have a great world map spread across 4 doors...really nice and I love it. Only negative was the Fedex charges that came afterwards for duty which I never expected but I guess is all part of Brexit. The products was worth it.

Im delighted with my print. Its high quality and exactly what I was hoping for. It was also great to be able to stipulate the exact size I was after to fit the frame I had. Communication was also excellent from the moment I made my order until it was delivered. Ill very happily buy from here again

Good product, good communication, would use again

Fantastic range of designs / prints to chose from. Leading edge stuff. Take your time when it comes to selection. The service and customer support is first class too. Recommended seller.

The roller blind is wonderful and love the picture.
The web site warns there may be UK import tax to pay and I phoned up and this was explained so I knew about it. Still wanted the blind so went ahead but just be aware that there will be duties and a FedEx admin charge of around £50/£75 depending on the value of your order.
FedEx delivery was rubbish - promised on 1 April then 7 April and turned up with a few hours warning on 6 April. FedEx need better and more up to date systems.

love the picture, looks great as splash back behind cooker. But had to pay £75 for vat and import duty before they would deliver it. I was not informed of this before I brought it, so please bear this in mind on price.

Need to tell customers that they will be charged by Fed ex for delivery because your website says FREE.

The product is brilliant, the service great and the ordering process is simple.
The delivery by FEDEX was rubbish.
Kept sending the same update email in dutch
Expected delivery was 1st April which suddenly changed without notice. No further updates about delivery other than it was NOT scheduled. Just turned up on 7th April, no warning.

The splashback looks amazing. It was unfortunate that we didn’t know about the extra shipping costs so we had to pay £48 extra to FEDEX to have it imported.
