What is the delivery time?

It can go from 1 till 22 working days, depending on the chosen product. Consult our delivery times per product here.


Can I use my own photo as well?

Of course. Click on top of our website on "upload photo" to upload your own photo to our website.


How can I pay for my purchase?

We accept payments by Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay and bank wire.


Will I be kept informed about the order status?

In your account you can easily check the status of your order. After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation mail with an expected delivery date.

  • Payment accepted/preparation for production: We have received your order.
  • Awaiting bank wire payment: We are waiting for your order to be paid by bank wire.
  • Payment accepted: We have received your payment.
  • In production: Your order is being processed.
  • Your order has been shipped: Your package has been handed over to the courier. You will receive a shipping confrimation with a tracking number to follow up on the delivery of your pacakge.

I did not receive an order cofirmation.

Is is possible that the confirmation mail accidently got into your spam. If you cannot find it, you can contact us by mail or phone.


Can I cancel or adjust my order?

You can adjust of cancel the order within 15 minutes after placing it. In case of a cancellation, we will deduct 10% administration fee. When the total amount after adjustment is less then what you have paid, we will compensate that in the form of a voucher. This can be used for a future order within 1 year.


How do I use a voucher or a discount code?

In your shopping cart you can click on the "have a promo code?" button, beneath the total amount to pay. Enter the code in the field that appears and click on "add". The discount will automatically be redeemed. Note that discount codes cannot be redeemded on orders that are already placed. When you forgot to apply the code, you can use it with a new order.

I can no longer log in to my account. What to do?

Since our website has recently been updated, it is unfortunately no longer possible to log in to your old account and consult your order history. Click here to create a new account. For questions about previous orders you can always contact us by mail or telephone.

Are my personal details secured?

The details that are used by making the order, are only used for the execution of the order, handling of any complaints, to simplefy future orders and to inform you about new products. Your details will never be shared with third parties. Click here to consult our privacy statement.


I cannot login anymore. What to do?

Because we renewed our website, it is not possible to long anymore onto your old account. You also cannot consult your order history. Click here to create a new account. When you have any questions concerning old orders, you can always contact us by mail or phone.


Do I have to spend the amount of my gift card in one go?

No, you don’t have to spend the amount in one go. If you order something that costs less than the amount on your gift card, you will receive a new code with the remaining balance after ordering.
