To guarantee a qualitative result, your photo must be at least 1000 x 1000 pixels with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI. You can upload photos of minimum 1 MB and maximum 20 MB on our website. If you still have doubts, you can request a sample file when placing your order. When choosing the shipping method, you can enter a comment in the field provided. If you want to choose a different photo after receiving the sample file, you can send it to us by email and we will make the necessary adjustments. The delivery period starts as soon as we have received your final confirmation.
